Extracurricular program participation is linked to higher grades, test scores and school attendance rates. Increased self-confidence, leadership and teamwork abilities negate the risk of drug and alcohol use and related behavioural issues later in life.We recognize that many children face barriers to access and inclusion in extracurricular and recreational activities. Regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, and family income, all kids deserve a chance to participate. Through our fundraising initiatives, we aim to increase enrolment in sports, arts, tutoring, tech and programming aimed at building life skills
